Looking for help to solve an issue with my fuel door , currently it will not lock with all of the other door when you drive over 10 mph . I have tested the lock by initiating a output test(it works). If I lock the vehicle by setting the alarm (it works). If I use the door switches (it doesn’t work) . Is there a way to correct this by use of long coding? If so please share your wisdom.

That does NOT sound like a problem, but more like it was designed that way. 1. No one can steal fuel when your driving. 2. The flap being already unlocked when you drive into a FULL service gas station will stop the pump monkey from trying to pry open a locked flap. He likely will succeed and you won't find the damaged flap until you get home. 3. Right now fuel is usually cheap , not like in the 1970s. Its not with the Hassel to steal it.
I would leave that change NOT DONE. DANM

Not so concern of someone taking my fuel. Biggest issue that I have or had is damage to the fuel flap, what happen a few weeks ago I used a car wash and because the fuel flap doesn’t lock it was ripped off the vehicle. I have a new flap and I would like to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I’ve tried all I can , even replaced the actuator, still no ability to lock the flap. I wonder if there is a coding issue?

Sorry, I've never had this problem . Maybe you can find or make a stronger spring to hold it closed.
