The Application doesnt work on my B8. It always says, could Not execute. Car hat all the prerequesite setting. Do you have an idea?

Hello, guys. I have the same issue here. It displays "failed" right away as I try the resetting. All the demanded prerequisites are fulfilled. Also, do you know if this is the correct app for applying basic setting to the DSG transmission? When I enter "Basic setting" in the "Transmission" menu, I only have the option "non active". Passat B8 MY2017 DSG7.

With the New App Basic Settings of Transmission it works perfectly!
