Is it possible to hide the image of the car in the default cluster view? So you just have the date, trip counter and remaining range?

Can I activate adaptive cruise control on my fr. It does not have acc button on steering wheel only normal cc button If your car is equipped with radar, I think it would be possible by installing a steering wheel with acc button. What think others ? |

Tested it today on the highway, works like a charm, perfect capacitive steering wheel and it works with manual gearbox  You are my hero Widil!
BTW few questions: -did You have preinstalled side assist? Is it neeeded for Travel assist? -When You don`t start TravelAssist do lane assist act like before? Is it still set to late response, or all the time corrects to keep You in the middle of lane? -What Did You code in car to have it working?

To answer your question,
I have the drive assist pack L from stock. So yes, I have the side assist. Also I don’t know if it’s mandatory for the TA to work. I would think it’s more linked to the equipment on the car; radar sensors and front camera.
When not in TA mode, the lane assist is still set to late, so you can opt to not be bothered by automatic mode and drive by yourself.
For the coding, it’s all thanks to Zoidberg on this forum and seatcupra.net one. You can find the coding on the latest like page 5 or 6 of odb modifications thread. If needed I can post a link later on

Is there a way to switch the headlights off when driving and just have side lights ? (Obviously not when it’s dark)
If I put them to side lights it automatically goes back to dipped beam all the time

Hello, some pictures of the travel assistant show gray vehicles instead of blue vehicles. Is there a way to change the coding? I find the color selection with the gray vehicles more pleasant.

Hey,
I had Leon KL with Capacitive Steering wheel. When i used Travel Assist i saw the exact lanes on the same road i drove on. 2 weeks ago i bought Cupra Formentor KM, and when installed the wheel, i only see 1 lane in Travel assist, any ideas?

Most likely: Different Dataset (Model, Country, whatever). Missing information from infotainment (Navigation)

I’m new with OBD11. I’m trying to longcode but it’s not letting me, keeps giving me “something went wrong” or “(31) function not available”. I’m trying to code the cupra displays. I tried opening the hood but still i get the same error. Can someone please help me.

Some control units are SFD protected, first you have to enable the 2-step authentication in obd11 profile, then unlock SFD and make the long code

Really strange  to be honest I didnt have to do that code cause it was already set to active by default, just set the code for scandinavian manually and it worked perfectly, DRL front and back now stay both always on with switch set to AUTO |

All: Has anybody tried installing scandi drl's and finding the fog lights come on at the same time The old coding to do this used to be and I want to double check if this is how they deliver from factory. With this modification They will turn on the fog lights along with the DRLs when they are turned on. 1 - Module 09 - Electronic control unit 2 - Adaptation 3 - Leuchte12NL LB45 4 - Lichtfunktion E12 - (Change value to Tagfahrlicht) 5 - Dimmwert EF 12 - (Change value to 60 for example so that it does not illuminate too much) 6 - Dimming Direction EF 12 - (Change value to Maximize) 7 - Leuchte13NL RB5 8 - Lichtfunktion E13 - (Change value to Tagfahrlicht) 9 - Dimmwert EF 13 - (Change value to 60 for example so that it does not illuminate too much) 10 - Dimming Direction EF 13 - (Change value to Maximize) But not sure if that still works. Further has anybody tried DRL Off with handbrake, again old coding used to be 1 - Module 09 - Electronic control unit 2 - Adaptation 3 - Daytime running light 4 - Tagfahrlicht Dauerfahrlicht bei Handbremse abschalten - (Change value to On)

DRL off with handbrake on:
This only worked with the old rotating light switch when you also turned it to the off position. Keeping it in Auto did nothing.
Speaking of my Golf: When switching the light touch module to off, all lights are off, regardless of the handbrakes state. So this is redundant in my opinion
