I don't know if the dab is up but I saw in the long codings some possible activations.

Your unit doesn’t support DAB. Yes the coding is the but not the hardware.
Other way to find out is remove the unit from the glove compartment and see the connections on the back. Blue white pink yellow and DAB is black.

I don't have the hardware to check if I have a black connection on the unit but if I do, is it possible to add an adapter or other hardware to have the dab.
With OBD I have enabled long byte 10 encoding for L band and Eu band III frequencies and byte 12 Dab antenna 1 but get nothing.
Maybe it's missing antenna or DAB splitter
