Hi, I am experiencing Intermittent communication dropouts on old generation device.
In Android app I connect to the car, select live data in engine ECU (it may be other ECU, eg. 4x4 Haldex ECU, behavior is same) green LED in the dongle is rapidly flashing, application shows measurement block values so far so good.
After while (sometimes seconds, sometimes minutes) green LED stops flashing, red LED is permanently shining and orange LED is slowly blinking. At this point it seems like last received values are presented in app (no error message), sometimes text "Not available" flickers instead of values. It will not recover itself. I must click left or right arrow to next / previous measurement block, then within a moment it starts to read values again (green LED rapidly blinking). Putting cellphone to sleep and waking him up also works.
Physical connection with OBD port is perfect. I tested with plugged in VCDS in K Line and CAN modes. One hour of reading measurement blocks combined with wiggle test and so without single issue. Possible WIFI / Bluetooth interference avoided - dropouts still occurs.
How should I solve this issue, is there some debug log coming from application (Android's logcat is not helpful)?

Notice to everyone who is facing the same issue. I sent request to support and they replied that they are aware of this and right now they are working on the fix. Fingers crossed.
