Start Stop deactive
-Module 19 -Adaptacion -go to canal Start-Stop-Volt-limit and change from 7.6V to 12.1V and confirm
The Start-Stop will show as disabled because the energy requirement from the car is too high, which is not an error but a valid reason for SS to be disabled.

This solution does not work in MY2017 (production in 5W 2017) Superb. The app is showing an error that there is no dictionary to show adaptation list.

This solution does not work in MY2017 (production in 5W 2017) Superb. The app is showing an error that there is no dictionary to show adaptation list. I did this yesterday, and it works on MY17 (which was produced in late October 2016). Where exactly does it fail? Are you not able to access the list of Adaptions? Or do you receive the error after saving?

I am not able to go into adaptations menu because i get the "description not found" error. It doesn't matter if the app is running in Polish, German or English language. It seems that I've got a newer part which is not recognized.

Created another thread to ask for support for these issues as I'm having other errors with the MY2017 as well: obdeleven.proboards.com/thread/1504/problems-obdeleven-on-my2017-modelsIn the meantime, were you able to get passed this error message or still having the problem?

All support does not work weekend as far as I know so please be patient i am sure they will come back next week.
wak please remember that VW Group change the way the system worked so some of the old codes no longer work (via the app process) but you should be able to do it manually if somebody had worked out the answer. While there is not an app according to the SKODA Ocatvia thread the new 2017 cars you can still do a manual fix to turn off stop start.
