Description of bug: I did have the same bug on last version of app 1.4.0 and in 1.4.1 persists.
After I connect the app to the obd and reading control units the iOS app quits unexpectedly.
Now I cannot use the app any more on my cars.
iOS software version: 14.2.1
Phone: iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad Air
Car: 2 VW Touareg and 1 Audi SQ8

So the bug is no double credits on Web Site - update web site now updated
On IOS you appear to be charging double for double credits but on Android you get second lot free. - Update this has now been resolved 1000 credits now £31.99
Backup files still missing ODX code and version number in the Info part of the extract which is included on the Android version. Further when you change the ODX version this does not show in the Backup file.

I have not been able to login after update. I kept doing password reset...and it accepts the login, but returns with a prompt to respond to e-mail verification.
The e-mail never came, despite many tries and resend requests.

Description of bug: Info for Sub Control Unit FOND_FHSG_DRV is incorrect When I compare IOS vs Android the IOS Version details are that of the Air Conditioning Unit and not the Sub Control. pictures of the difference to follow.

Description of bug: Offline view of Control unit 09 is showing duplicate rows for Sirene, DWA, Sensor DWA, RLFS incorrectly.
And as shown in previous post the info on all these units is the same.

Android upgraded to show latest version but it actually shows me both stock and current version number
| In IOS I can see what the latest version is and as previously reported when you look at all the verisons because its too long you can actually see the version number.

@jeffreytate Color red means that the fault is static and green means intermittent. If you're talking about these two colors then this isn't a bug  |

Description of bug: IOS On Apps, if you are looking at for example Adjustments and scroll down screen to the 5th item (number is irrelevant) then jump to Retrofits in Android it takes you to the top of the list, in IOS it takes you to the 5th item at the top of the screen.
Common IOS App issue they have not designed it to handle long data. Another example

Ios shows Not available offline but Android shows Function not available - which is correct as my car has modified exhaust and from factory did not have flaps.
Driver request torque Please note on both IOS and Android there are two live data elements in the engine control unit
Ios shows 9.4Nm, Android 31.5Nm
Exhaust flap bank 2, activation
Ios shows Not available offline - Android is showing Function not available
Please note both IOS and android where showing Use latest under the ODX File

In IOS There is no Value shown under Vacuum Sensor but under Android there is.
