Before I email support , maybe this is an easy one
After updating app to 1.4.0 , my profile indicates a credit balance of 14 even though I have used none and there should be well over 200 and I’m showing PRO version not activated even though I purchased a ProPac.
Using IOS 14.2

Was your credit balance right before the update? Same for the PRO version?

Thirsty, Thanks for responding... credits were correct , to be honest I’m not sure if I ever noticed the Pro Version status.

If you have access to an Android phone then select Profile from main menu, then Wallet and then you will see a statement of all your credits (in and out)
The other thing (while you wait for support) have you logged in with the correct detail (OBD11 Will allow you to have your email address with both upper and lower case and you have to use it like that every time)
