Help with error code B12BA15 / B12BB15

Hi folks,

I'm seeking for some help as there is nothing about the error code I'm currently getting on my MK7 GTI.
A little background to my car:

I moved from the US to Germany and took my beloved GTI with me. To get the car on the street, I had to replace rear and front lights.
Both are original VW parts. After a few days and in combination with low temperatures and short ride (w.r.t. distance), the battery is completely empty. So far, the dealership is not of much help and I'm trying to research myself.

Here now the error code and the question if anyone can provide more details on this...and ideally suggestion on how to fix it
