Starting at Channel IDE11502-FB_CAR_0, change anything ‘blocked’ to ‘non_blocked’
Starting at Channel ENG167428-nhtsa_properties-limitation_dependency, change all android and apple to ‘non_blocked’

Be sure to open the hood before you connect VCDS to the car....
