I am trying to see if anyone else has this issue, but when I try to prime my fuel pump in tank, the app shows that there is an error when I press go to prime the pump. I have the nextgen OBDeleven module with 1.3.6 software and i have had a pro account for almost 3 years now. I came from the previous gen module on android (had no issues priming the pump when I replaced my lift pump, etc) and now it will not allow me to do so on this module with the updated software. any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I have double checked my connection and all seems good, as I can clear codes fine.

After playing further, it seems none of my basic settings work. It shows up briefly on screen what block I’m in, then shows not available for every basic settings function.

Bump. Has anyone encountered this or can you provide some insight as to what's wrong or how to remedy? I can't be the only person with this issue

I have the same issue utilizing PRO Next Generation with IOS. I can actually get to engine, basic settings, channel 35 but when I slide to initiate I receive an error. Now here is the kicker. The app alerted me that I had to upgrade to Pro pack which I already have but when I checked that reply it charged me $31.99. Guess what it still didn't work. So it has multiple glitches in the system for IOS and that particular function. Which by the way was the function that I purchased the device for because of the $$$ savings in changing my own fuel filter. I have 2 TDIs.

facemask if you already have a PRO licence it is connected to your account. In IOS If you go to the Profile section it has a bit called PRO version and that should show you as Activated. If its not activated then you will almost certainly have to go to app.obdeleven.com/login and enter the PRO code against your account. I would then contact support directly and explain what occured and ask them for a refund.

I just purchased the old version of the OBDeleven connector (Android only). I am using this on a 2009 VW EOS 2.0T TSI. In Engine, Basic Settings, page 35 is nothing, and I do not see a "Fuel Pump Prime" in the drop down list of Basic Settings. I have the impression that I primed the fuel pump in the gas tank by going to Engine, Output Test, Fuel pump electronics signal wire. When this test is activated, I hear a whirring pump sound under the back seat that increases quite a bit and the second value goes to 85-90% in about 10 seconds. I repeated this test at least 6 times. When the car is off, when I open and close the door, insert the key, and turn it to the accessories position, I hear a sound like the fuel pump in the engine bay.

I just ran into this with iOS and one of my TDIs. Such a disappointment that OBDeleven seems to be more of a toy than a tool. I have pro, and the latest update as of this posting. Not to mention that much of the functionality that was show in sales videos seems to have diapered. There is no longer a menu or pull down for channels, you have to find them on here or other internet sources so you can populate the app.
