Hello. I am using OBDeleven Pro and I am attempting to log some live data but I do not seem to have the option to log. I can select the data parameters that I want to log and I can view them live, but I do not get the chart logging (zig zag line) option at the top of the screen next to the circle with ? Like others do. Also, if I go into charts it says I have no charts, but it also does not give me the option to add any parameters there. I have played with the app for several days trying to figure this out, and I have searched the internet as well.
Does anyone know what I might be missing?

Charts have been moved and are now in a sub menu of there own.
From each control unit schrol down the list of options and you will see one called charts.

Hello, I have been able to find charts in the control unit, however the issue I have is when I click on charts it says "no charts available" and I have no option to add a parameter to start logging. It seems there is supposed to be a plus sign in a green circle that would allow me to select the parameters I want to log, I do not have that for some reason.
I'm not sure why that option seems to be missing for me. Thanks for any suggestions you can offer.

OK First question are you IOS or Android device.
Second point there is a Charts menu item in your Car menu this is what you use to see charts you have recorded. For new charts you have to go to Control Unit first then Charts is that what you have done

I am on an Android device, pixel 3a. Yes, I am going to the Control Unit first, then scrolling to the charts option, when I click on charts under the control unit is says "no charts available" and then there seems to be no other option available for me to select any parameters to start logging. I have watched YouTube videos and it seems that there should be a green circle with a plus in it that would allow me to select what I wish to log. So to summarize what I am doing: I open the app I go to my garage I select my car I go to control units I select the engine control unit I select charts I then see the message "no charts available" I do not see any option (green + circle) to add any parameters. I am not meaning to be rude but you are doing this whilst connected to the car as it wont work offline.
So on my 2014 MQB Platform car I went to control unit where I have not created a chart before and like you got the No charts availiable but bottom right of the screen is the greed circle with white plus.

I have this happen on various areas in the app (charts and sometimes on save, etc.) where button doesn’t show
try scrolling down the screen then Up again. More like a screen refresh and button should appear.
sometimes also happens when you want to disconnect the vehicle

Also cant record new chart because no green plus in right bottom corner. (I do it in control units charts menu)

the first thing to do is data clear on app in android sure it wont help but its the reboot of android
then report as bug via in app help function

its an very 'old' issue, but it appeared in my search results when I encountered the same issue.
I was not able to create new charts.
eventually the solution was to enable the Media/files rights again. (settings.. apps.. go to OBDeleven.. permissions)
Apparetly Android revokes app permissions when an app has not been used for a while.
And OBDeleven does not complain when the these rights are not granted for this app. But then the "+"-button does not appear.
After enabling the Media rights I was able to create new charts again.
