Hey y'all, I have done all the research I can, and cannot find an answer! Is it possible to turn on auto lock, so the car locks when you close the door? (2019 mk7.5 not mk7) Also Hill Start Assist... I don't think it's possible to disable, but if anyone knows how to that would be MUCH appreciated. Tweaker struggles  |

Go to unit B7
Long coding
Byte 2
Actívate bit 4
Locking for door slamming active

If that doesn't work, try:
1). B7 - Access Startsystem Interface
2). Adaptation - internal_passive_entry_exit_byte_1
3). Activate passive_exit_door_slam_lock
4). Reset 'Opening and Closing' to Factory Settings from Car Menu
Security access 20103 if it asks

This also activated horn chirp upon auto lock after driver door slam, is there a way to turn off the horn for silent auto lock? |

**WARNING** had a little hickup with this door slam lock proceedure.
The door slam lock will activate even when the car is running as long as key fob is near the door handle upon closing.
Issue with this is, if you start your car, you have ur keys in your pocket, you get out of your car to open your front gate, you leave your car running to warm up while you open the gate and shut the car door behind you... you are now somewhat locked out of your car.
I say somewhat because you will only be able to get back in using a physical key. Reason is since the car is running none of the keyless entry features will function.
Possible fix might be to figure out how to disable door slam lock feature while the car is running, does anyone know how to do that ?

@outcast: hmm....... yes, of course "you are somewhat locked-out" (I hadn't appreciated the KESSY impact of this tweak - thanks for the warning). I'm not sure about a "conditional" door-slam function to fix this problem - maybe experiment with the list of adaptation channels in the KESSY module (OBD11 calls this the 05 Keyless System)
To help in understanding the channel names these are the meaning of the acronyms: - ZAT ignition start button
- ZV central locking

Try: 09 Central Electrics Adaptations Acknowledgement Signals Akustische Rueckmeldung verriegeln Change to not active. I've noticed that sometimes it doesn't lock when I close the door. So unless you're really paying attention, you might not notice that the car doesn't lock. |
