I have the OBDeleven but I cannot access:
Channel 05
Interior monitoring is activated or deactivated by pressing the remote control twice
1 = on; 0 = off
Access because I am told that it is not available everything else is possible can someone help me tell us why?

Sirvalek could you please confirm the exact error message you are getting. In general when you get these sort of problems the first thing to do is run a data clear on the OBD11 App

So according to the code list I can access the function on channel 005 but as soon as I click on Comfort System in the menu and then on channel 005, the error message "Function not available"

Afraid there is no definitive answer to this problem, if you contact support directly via the app help function they will probably say this is because your car does not support this function.
Have you run a scan just to see if there are any issues in general with the Comfort system being reported.
Personally I have had this issue a few times over the years and normally closing the app and doing a data clear (assuming you use Android) and going back solves the issue. I have also seen people say that if you run a scan after getting this type of error and trying again can work. All a bit sketchy but give it a try and see if it works, otherwise unless somebody else can help try support they may help you never know.
The only other thing to try is change the diagnostic mode to a different one and or try and make a change to one of the other channels just to confirm the comfort system is accepting your changes.
Sorry I cant give you a simple fix.
