Hi everybody,

So I've got a VW MK7 2018 Highline and recently bought the ODBEleven to activate Lane Assist and Traffic Sign Recognition and other good stuff. Unfortunately, I've run into some issues that I hope you people can help shed some lights on.

First off, I want to make sure that the front camera actually supports this option, so I've added a picture of this. Does this camera support Lane Assist etc.?

Secondly, in the app it the 5F Control Unit does not show up by default - but once I added it from the Gateway Control unit list, it now shows up but once I select it, it reports that no response from unit and returns to the main menu.

Also that A5 Control unit does not seem to have any items such as "Select channel (63) vehicle function list BAP traffic_sign_recognition_0x21" under the adaptation list.

Btw: I have the Dynamic Light Assist by default - read somewhere that if you have that, then it should be possible.

Any pointers or help is greatly appreciated!

I think you are having Light Assist - not Dynamic Light Assist - sorry, That is the only purpose and function of the camera inside the mirror's foot. No possibility for dynamic light assist, lane assist or sign recognition.

A5 cameras used for DLA, LaneAssist and TSR are triangle shaped and directly attached to the windscreen.

Still:
The Channel you are referring to is to be found in the infotainment, not in the camera.

Please be so kind to set your app's language to English when posting screenshots and before trying out coding suggestions.
This will help everbody to understand and advise.

I believe you guys are right. I thought the dynamic light assist was the one that turn high beam on/off automatically but I guess it's only light assist.
Thanks for the fast reply though! It helped me a lot as I've been trying to program this for some time to no avail.
