Hi there I've received my obd 11 pro pack I'm from Ireland my car is 19 vw tiguan rline when I.put my connector into obd port in car should the led light light and stay on thanks

Depends on which you got. Android or IOS some android Gen 1 doesn’t

Thanks for reply to tell ya truth I'm using a Samsung a10s I've got the dongle its a black in I got it working in obd port it flashes red but on my bluetooth connection it dose not seem to pick it up even tho in the paper work I got with it it says you dont need to bluetooth it just connect on main screen but it dose nothing really any help appreciated

Black dongle is next gen and you do not need to pair it.
If you go to main menu and select device
Then delete all the items that are shown there.
Go to the Android app and do a DATA Clear
Then try and connect again, when you try it should come up saying is this the device you want to connect to make sure its called OBD something and hopefullu all will be ok.

Morning so I done what you said to to thanks its gor me further than I've got cheers how ever it still wont connect on main screen just keeps trying to search device but nothing thanks

Testeronline thanks that worked for me today cheers on another note I used my apps and credits cos I got 200 with device buy in the app I wanted to activate the needle sweep and and the rear lights for the v2 but do you have to.long code them my car is a 19 reg tiguan rline diesel thanks any help appreciated

Good news that you can now connect.
If you look in the apps section you will see all the apps that OBD11 Dev have built for your car.
So I can see Needle Sweep is there but no app for the lights.
Afraid this is not my car so you need to do a search through the forum for your car or as on the car section and hopefully somebody can give you the coding.
