Hi I have a Polo GTI 2019 and the obdeleven app for soundaktor to either turn down the volume or disable says not supported for my car. How can I turn it off or decrease the volume to around 30%. Is there a long code for it? Thank you.
I have the new gen obd11 on IOS.

Hello I’ve got a 2019 gti plus and I use the new gen OBDELEVEN pro and I can alter the sound volume for soundaktor from 100% to totality off so I don’t know why you don’t have the same settings have you updated the firmware
