I agree with Thirsty and as you have said before some people should NOT be be allowed to use OBD11. You information and Video's are all very much appreciated. |

Your videos are great and easy to understand, i have sent them to a few "newbies" in my local area when I didnt have time to explain step by step.
You could always disable the comment section and redirect everyone with questions to the forum.

Good suggestion about disabling & try to ignore the idiots comments. Only just got my obdeleven today & keen to learn more,subscribed to your YouTube channel,please could you enable me to be able to watch the private videos?

Unfortunately you have to sift the nasty people...they suck. You should continue your videos because they are helpful and that was your goal. There are many of us out here who appreciate your dedication and your efforts.

I wish I found this thread sooner to share my experience with you. I'm running my YT channel for 12 years now and I came across all kind of comments and had to learn how to deal with them.
The bottom line is: you are running the channel just like you would run a bar, viewers are your guests and you are the host. If your guests are not behaving, you have all the rights to do whatever it takes to make them leave. Your hospitality has its limits and whoever goes beyond those limits by being rude, unfair, mocking you, doing anything outside constructive criticism - just delete, ban, and/or report them.
Also, the more bad comments you get, the larger your channel has to be. So more comments like that is an indication of how your channel is growing.
