Noticed the other day now and then the right rear speaker would fiz and crackle for a couple seconds then stop, It now doesn't work, if I turn the volume up to full and can barely hear it. Fault says open circuit but I haven't touched the wiring. Can anybody help me?

lee: hi.
From your description of the fault - the cause is clearly physical, rather than coding. "Open circuit" strongly suggests that there is a break in a wire, or a connector somewhere en-route from the module to the actual speaker. Or, perhaps the coil in the speaker is faulty.
I would start at the door end, check the speaker impedance with a multi-meter - then trace the 2 x wires back to the module. Pay particular attention to the state of the wires in the rubber section of the loom at the door hinge and make sure that any connectors are not loose.
