I am having issues with lowering the volume of the soundaktor. I go into its module, adaptations, set value to 0, press green check....but then nothing. It doesn't say "adaptation accepted" nor does it change the volume. I noticed there aren't any numbers or line items showing the name or current setting when you open up the adaptation page. Another thing I noticed is it doesn't show up in my history so I'm pretty sure it's not working.
Anyone have any ideas?

gtiguy:hmm.......... difficult to respond because it's a very simple tweak (doesn't need a security code). Is the color of the circle surrounding the "A9" green on the control module list? If it is, it means that the module has been correctly assigned to the (CAN) Gateway module. If it's surrounded by a black circle, there are problems with the gateway list!

Here is a video I took of exactly what's going on. The A9 actuator channel is green and should be communicating. Another thing I noticed is the "central electronics" channel is red but I think everyone's is red.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure why this is missing on your device (unless it's below the screen in your video). Have you done a scan of the car to assertain if all the modules are communicating correctly? If so, send yourself an email of the scan results and post a copy of the report here for us to look-at Don PS: the presence of the red dot surrounding the hex address number for a control module (like central electrics) indicates that there are error messages (DTCs) in the module. Performing a scan of the car will uidentifdy the nature of these DTCs
