I replaced the head in my 2016 Golf R. In the valvetrain section the service manual says to "Adapt the chain lengths after working on the chain drive. To do this, select 01 - Chain Length Adaptation Diagnosis in the Guided Functions. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. "
Which OBDeleven adaptation(s) equate to this? There are several that sound like candidates with the first few sounding most promising...
-Timing deviation after chain replacement, intake bank 1 -Timing deviation after chain replacement, exhaust bank 1 -Timing deviation after other repairs, intake bank 1 -Timing deviation after other repairs, exhaust bank 1 -Timing deviation current value, intake bank 1 -Timing deviation current value, exhaust bank 1 -Chain elongation, no of valid initial values, intake bank 1 -Chain elongation, no of valid initial values, exhaust bank 1
Thank you!
