Today i have coding ASR/ECS OFF V1. But what difference about V1 and V2 ?

This is the same thing I have been wondering as well. Asked in one of the VW forum OBDeleven threads and it was ignored.

I believe it is the amount of the nanny control that is suppressed. You would need to test both at extreme conditions to verify though. I just went for V1. Picked up some time in an autocross in the sport setting. Probably due in at least some part from the change.

I think the difference is with V1 you have to press the button down, let it up, then press it down again and hold to get ESC OFF. With V2 you just press it down and hold to get ESC OFF. There's no need to let it come back up.
