It worked fine couple of days ago ... and now just say "Device is not authorized". When try to send message by application help, it just fall off.

Yes there is a problem but we have not been told what it is yet.
I have sent a message via the help function (which worked for me yesterday and today) and asked them to advise us when it will be fixed.
Will update if I get any feedback, Free credits were not working but are now fixed so hopefully they are working on it.
