Hello I bought my OBDeleven device last September but never received an activation code. My device did not come in a bag, and as far as I can tell there is no activation code anywhere on or in the box.
I attempted to use the support site but it always says something has gone wrong, try again later.
Just trying to get my activation code for the software as my vehicles are beginning to experience "issues."
If someone could help me out it would be much appreciated. I have the screenshot showing my receipt paying $57.99 for the device+software

contact support using one of the three methods here forum.obdeleven.com/thread/1877/contact-app-support-teamThey dont work weekends so you will have to wait for monday. Please send copy of you payment details that will help them prove you have not activated any codes and are a genuine purchaser.
Update
If you bought this item via a reseller you should contact the reseller directly

I got the support request to work, I had to remove my attachment (somehow too large im guessing).
Hopefully they get back to me on Monday!
