Im partly colour blind, so seeing the difference between the red and the green of the faulty modules is tough for me. I was wondering if there was a way to change these colours or have a colorblind assist mode so it would change faulty ones with red and nonfaulty modules to blue. I know colourblindness affects a lot of men, which are essentially your main demographic so I'm thinking this feature might help a lot of people.

gets a vote from me just in case you did not know in settings if you set faulty control units to list then when you run a scan all the control unit numbers are listed on the screen.

Yea I saw that. It just didn't click to use it like that until you said something haha. Thanks, for now I'll use that as a work around. I just got the tool yesterday and have been playing around with it ever since. I showed it to my wife who noticed I was struggling with colour recognition. Thought I would just bring it up. Tbh I would prefer the dev team work on something more beneficial to the app, but figured it was work a shot seeing what if anything could be done.

your phone or tablet should have a setting for colorblind assist. should be in accessibility settings on an android device.

your phone or tablet should have a setting for colorblind assist. should be in accessibility settings on an android device. That's true, BUT it won't help with the actual OBDeleven app itself. Those accessibility features are usually for native / built-in apps that come with the tablet or have support by the developer.

Out of curiousity: is it legal to drive colour blind in your country? How do you interpret the Red & Green traffic lights?

Matthew just asked my family and a bit of google and we think in the UK being color blind is not a problem for driving.
General consensus was that all traffic lights are in the same order so you can still see what light is shown.

you can still see what light is shown. I felt like asking because I don't know what a colour blind individual actually "sees" or doesn't see. I was always under the impression that the colours Red and Green looks the same from their perspective and that it is only the amber light that is noticed.
