I appreciate the updates but I think everyone would be grateful if these non critical changes were stopped until this firmware update was released, it really is completely critical that it is 100% prioritised and the community would appreciate if it would be finished in the next few days

I agree with the above, I was pretty pissed to see a new update that doesn't address the ongoing firmware issues with the mk4. Will give it until the end of the week and then i'll be looking for a refund.

Have to chime in here and say I was pretty pissed off to see this update. Waited for 3 weeks without an update and was thinking this is the one, only to be told we are still working on the issue..... not good guys.

I want to echo the above! Have contacted support numerous times over the last year about the issues with the mk4 only to be told there is no known issues and then eventually that they will work on it after other non important work.....Make the app good and stable and then expand the feature set. The app doesn't allow you to erase any codes until you close it and re connect if you click the google links for example, reported months ago but labels and stuff seems more important than core functionality?

OBDeleven firmware and OBDeleven application is two different programs in different programming languages so different programmers are working on it. This is the reason why Android application get updates in the time of new firmware update is still in development process. It is not so easy to implement new functions into existing firmware so it takes much more time than we expected. Sorry for your inconvenience.

It is not so easy to implement new functions into existing firmware so it takes much more time than we expected. Sorry for your inconvenience. How many people are working on the project? the App is just java like all android apps and the firmware will be a python script (I hope you are using python) So it should be easy to add more features (although technically it is fixing broken and unfinished features). Has the firmware part been contracted out and now you are struggling to get someone to make the right changes? You couldn't possibly have a full time firmware developer because there hasn't been an update in 6 months so unless he reads alot of magazines during work i suspect there is not one. A bit more clarity would be nice as it was stated that once you finished adding features the firmware would be fixed but if its a separate team then why would it matter? things don't make sense right now. If you are struggling with python/java I can help

Have you a timeline for this update? You must understand taking months to work on an update to fix issues that needed urgent attention is a good way to kill this product you need to keep people in the loop

We already testing it, but as it is a whole new firmware and there is a lot of changes in the app we can't roll out it without testing every part of firmware/app at our side. Hope to release this version for OBDeleven beta testers at the beginning of November.
