hmm........ your fault is a general error - meaning that it can apply from many causes. As for your question about the severity of the fault - the car manufacturer tells you how important the error is in the Freeze Frame data.
You have chosen NOT to tell us what type of car has this fault (I never understand why folk ask questions on this forum without disclosing the type of car - as far as I know, not one member here is a clairvoyant)
Anyhow, if this fault happened after the Urban Joke App - I guess that the car has a MQB platform build. So the car is probably manufactured by VAG, or Skoda, or..........!
If so, the first data field in the Freeze Frame information for this fault will be Priority. There are 6 x measures of Priority with varying degrees of importance. Priority 1 is the highest importance.
If you are not aware how to enable Freeze Frame information - read THIS

hmm....... "it works perfect"? I've read this line of reasoning many times in the past - not really, a perfectly implemented tweak doesn't result in error messages!
It's good that you didn't use the One-Click-App because this means that details of ALL of the changes that you made are stored in the records of the History file that is allied to your OBD11 account.
I suggest that you pull-up the History records and CAREFULLY check that the changes that were made are in fact correct.

abdo : As I said, this is a general error message that could result from a range of different causes.
Both versions of the original urban joke instructions were written for tail lights that have incandescent lamps and the tweak applies for North America Region model cars only. I have no idea whether this car meets these conditions.
As for your question "what would happen if i neglect that code"? - I don't know because the ONLY information that I have is the existence of a general error message on a module. "Priority 2" is a high importance category and tail-lights can be a safety issue. My practice is NOT to ignore any error message - but I'm not you (meaning that I don't have your risk-management value-set, so my decisions will be different )
