Dear development team,
Could I please ask a big favor, as you have lost your head of IT could we focus on important stuff to your users.
In the last VAG Android release you have the - The app's default background has been changed to black, providing a fresh and modern look shown.
Whilst its a feature I personally don't like (being old and short sighted) its a cosmetic change when you have a large backlog of BUGS that need fixing to improve the usability of the application.
Your Marketing team are creating multiple (I count at least 6) web pages Titled Unlock the Limits of your car, again could we not focus on getting the backlog of bugs fixed, maybe you could start one of your famous questions on the facebook page WHAT BUGS WOULD YOU LIKE FIXED FIRST...... best answer gets 10 credits (yes I am being funny)
As a minimum I would expect you to complete the IOS Development so at least I dont spend my life having to explain why people cant do what they see on Forum's/youtube.

hmm...........it was extremely careless of the development team to have misplaced the "head of IT" - I hope they find her again !!

Well the last one lasted 5 months and there are 4 HR People so I am sure they are all on the job.

hmm......... Not sure why, but I always thought that the VOLTAS mother-ship was in Vilnius (not Kaunas)!!
Interesting to compare work conditions with those here - our standard is 20 days sick-leave/year (cumulative in most jobs) but at this management level, there would normally be no limit (sick leave is taken as needed). It seems that Lithuania doesn't have a compulsory superannuation scheme (not mentioned). The rest of the benefits are not extraordinary.
I have no idea how competitive 80K €/year (min) is in Europe - but if the turn-over rate of 5 months is systemic, there's clearly a more fundamental problem! For a company with VOLTAS's business model, their ONLY corporate asset of any real value is their IT system - ensuring the strength of this asset for the shareholders seems fairly important for the Board's fiduciary responsibilities !
