Was hoping exhaust valve coding / adoption or app support for this model would be fantastic please.
I checked in the apps section and there doesn't seem to be anything for the valves for the 2017 s3.
If there is any information please supply thanks!

Hi, Admin does come and answer questions sometimes but if you want support then use the help function in the APP or use one of the other ways I have listed here obdeleven.proboards.com/post/6873With regards to 2017 Models I am afraid that VAG Group have changed all the systems so the old coding apps are not working (and that also applies to VCDS according to some post's on here) and all the software places are working there way through this. At a high level you can still make changes using OBD11 and some of the old coding still works (if done manually) so check out the coding and adaptions section of the old model (eg 2016) and you should be able to find out how to do this and see if its still the same. Sorry that does not give you a fix but hopefully if you check out the old coding you can make it work. If you have any other questions I will try and help but this is not my car so it will take time.

I just did it, and works on my 17 S3.
However start the car before doing anything and ensure you are in Dynamic mode so flaps are open, unless you want them closed all time. Then proceed to do the coding with the car off.
Go to Engine Control Module (#1), then Coding in the submenu. Navigate to Byte 9, then you will see Bit 2 in a checked state. Uncheck it, hit the checkbox at the bottom to save changes and done.

kevin86, how did you validate your's working? I'm only getting 3 dirty exhaust tips, which means the 4th tip (the outer tip on the driver's side) is closed the majority of the time. Did you get all 4 exhaust tips sooty?
