Well, my device arrived today and I connected it and set it up but my credits and Pro upgrade are not showing anywhere. Not received any codes to redeem either! Any ideas, as I really need the Pro ugrade to sort my battery coding out!

I have the same. I wrote to support to send me the code for the purchased ultimate plan.

I got a reply from support : Please try connecting to it a few times and you should receive everything. I have tried several times but to no avail. Does anyone know what is the solution to the problem?

I already have the ultimate plan activated. After changing the status of the order to delivered, I received the code by e-mail and I could activate it in the dashboard app. Everything is already working.
