Hi all, has anyone else had an issue when activating hold assist?
I’ve got 2017 TT Quattro s-tronic and have just retro fitted the hold assist button and tried to activate it through the OBDeleven app but it won’t activate it and keeps telling me to check ignition. OBDEleven is connected with ignition on. I’d appreciate any help thank you.

I ran into same issue , wondering if you got this sorted , I resorted to going over wiring and switches to find all correct . One thing I have noticed is no light on Auto hold button which should be red, As the TT mk3 does not require pin 10 as pin 10 has already been taken up with a power wire. I have been looking at YouTube and it seems if seatbelt it not plugged in hold assist will power of the switch and no red led will be seen. My question is that if someone before me has deactivated seatbelt warning could this cause the power not to activate on the switch. Just thinking it would make sense for ODB11 via the app retrofit to report please turn on ignition . I will check seatbelt warning is activated tomorrow to see if this helps , any help here will be much appreciated Steve
