Hi!
Today I ran into some problems. At first I changed the interior lights from the original yellow bulbs to new white LEDs. After that I started the ignition and all the new LEDs went on. Now that's the point where all the trouble begins. I saw that my MMI (Audi A5 Sportback / 2016) doesn't respond after I started the car. None of the lights at the MMI came on. The Display has the same problem. So I checked my Car with the OBD11 app and made a scan. There was a failure at the gateway with the optical data bus (open circuit - fault code 00384).
I headed back to the control units and checked the gateway manually. When I selected the gateway there was a dialog that OBD can code the gateway automatically.
So I hoped that this could solve the problem and I agreed. Now there's the problem that this removed the (56) Radio and changend the (5F) information Control Unit 1 value.
Obviously it wasn't my intention to delete my own radio and I tried to restore a backup. The next problem was, that I couldn't find a way to restore the backup for the gateway automatically. Is it possible to reverse the last changes or restore the last backup?
And if that's possible, how can I fix the problem that the radio won't turn on. Is there a chance that the new LEDs caused the problems or ist this just a coincidence that these two events happened at the same time?
Greetings

Update: problem solved!
I've checked all the fuses because I thought one of them was blown. But that wasn't the case. After that I started the ignition again and et voila, the MMI came back to life. I have absolutely no idea why that worked for me.
