I also purchased the PRO & didn't get my 200 credits. @obdeleven You don’t get 200 credits with pro UNLESS you bought it with a special promotion, on gen1 credits come on a sticker like the pic on the first page, on gen2 when you log in to the dongle it will ask you if you want the 200 credits to be added to your account you are using at that time if you bought credits with your dongle and you don’t receive them then if bought from amazon raise a problem report with them (as they do send out units that have been returned because of their stupid returns policy) or if you bought via Voltas then raise a report with them via the app hope this helps

I also purchased the PRO & didn't get my 200 credits. @obdeleven I had the same issue. When you plus the OBD device into the car for the first time and pair the app to the dongle a message pops up on the screen that says Pro Version and 200 credits activated.

Just had the same issue, plugged in for the first time, asked what I wanted to activate 1: Pro 2: 200 credits. Selected both, but not added to my account.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I seem to have found the cause. I originally used my iPhone X, however, now I’ve tried with my company Android phone, the same question was asked about claiming the credits, this time it has worked. I’d suggest the issue is with the iOS app not correctly claiming newly registered credit entitlement.

malaga you need to contact support directly on the help function in the app, this is a user community. To be clear not all packages come with extra credits if yours was advertised with it then you should have a code you enter on the web site. If you dont have a code then contact support. Hope that helps.
