I was wondering or there is any way to remove the factroy rev limiter on the audi a1 gb sinds i have a costum exhaust on it but i hate i can only rev to 4000 if this possible please let me know!

Just to be clear I presume you are talking about the stationary rev limit rather than the cars in motion rev limit.

Not aware of OBD11 Coding to do that, I have had a map applied to my car and in motion rev limit has been increased but stationary one is still limited and to be fair the only time I need to increase it is at the track but they know that VW cars are limited.
