Hi
I'm new to this tool and app so if this should be elsewhere I apologise/let me know.
I had a 2016 VW Passat and the comfort windows operation was standard.
I was told it was no longer by the dealer and there would be a cost to enable it (more than I wanted to pay) because it was a safety issue. I find what I believe is this setting in central electrics but enabling this does not solve the problem (moon roof opens and closes with key fob but not windows). Is there another coding section that might affect this?

I havent coded on a Passat B8 facelift so I am unsure if they are "the same"
First off what adaptions did you change?
Did you activate any of the following
Central Electrics
-Adaption
--ZV Komfort
---Comfort opening: change it to active
---Comfort Closing: change it to active
---Funk Komfort oeffnen: change it to active
---Funk Komfort schliessen: change it to active
---Menuesteuerung Komfortbedienung einstellbar: change it to Adjustable
Press and hold green tick. it might ask for security code, enter 31347

I do not have zv komfort or the last 4 you listed, I changed
Comfort operation for remote control to active
Power windows and sunroof disabled after door opening to inactive
I also saw comfort operation adaptation blocked as not active and did not change that since it sounded counter intuitive to activate that

Looks like the US version of the Facelift Passat is completly different.
