Anyone got this working? I have checked that my ABS pump is compatible and it is but when I try and enable Hill hold I get an error saying I am doing something in the wrong order? I have enabled other things so not sure why this is not working. Any ideas?
The exact error is “procedure cannot be performed- incorrect sequence”

I think I cracked the Hill Hold Control activation problem on the Skoda Rapid . I have an 2016 Skoda Rapid and I also encounterded problems in trying to enable Hill Hold Control. I tried something last night and this morning when I went for a drive and tested it it was active . I did the things in the following order: 1.Gateway 19 > Long Coding > FPA_Funktion_HHC to active 2. Brakes 03 > Security acess 40168 > Long Coding > Byte 16 > Check bit 0 to active After that the sistem became enabled with no errors on any of the controll units . I will atach printscreens with the changes I've made.     |

I’ll give this a try in the morning. I have been looking for a solution for this for the last year. Thanks for sharing. I never knew there was that option under gateway.

Just tried- still not working for me. I enabled the hhc in the gateway as described but as soon as I try to change byte 16 in ABS and apply it, I get an incorrect sequence error. I have the same ABS part number and mine is a 2016 Rapid as well. Any ideas?

I encountered the same error the first time I’ve tried to activate the HHC but I had not used the security code access before trying to activate the byte . Have you tried with the one click app ? They’ve added it for the Rapid about two weeks ago.

Thanks for the reply. I selected the security access code so it sure why it won’t work. I have seen a number of people who have enabled it on the same abs pump so I can’t understand why it won’t work.I haven’t tried the app as I am wary of making changes using them as you have more control when long coding.

I still haven’t got this working. Does anyone know if you need to change the mode of ODB11 first? I have tried EOL which stopped me accessing long coding. I then tried Developer but it said that i have an incorrect login. Finally I tried programming which made the car go berserk showing abs and airbag faults and that was before I tried to change any setting. I didn’t try and just cleared the faults instead.

I had the same issue on my Rapid. I use iPhone and app for iOS. Tried this with app for Android and it worked. So it is probably issue with app for iOS.
