Hi, I figured this could be a thread to discuss and provide feedback and hopefully interact with the developers. There have been quite a few complaints and comments about the project, feedback, transparency, interaction etc in the beta threads but they always get closed and lost when a new beta comes out. This thread will hopefully keep the discussion together.
Although it was put forward to the developers about their interaction with the community and they have replied, there still has been no activity from them other than one marketing employee posting and ad about iOS version basically.
Couple of comments for context:
one final point, it would be nice if there were some acknowledgement that you understand the problems and some idea of when they will be looked at.
These beta releases obviously go into production with the know issues and it would be nice for the regulars if they could give some idea of when a specific issue will be addressed. Not looking for fixed date just q1, q2 time answer.
Thanks, love the product but communication with users is where if lags well behind VCDS.

I can't agree more with testeronline (cupra280), I only can see a few non-ODB11 people participating with almost no perceived feedback from staff or dev teams.
Keeping community motivated is critical, otherwise this will keep as a one-shot forum with no real critical mass in terms of animation.
Thanks for this little device !
---------------------------
I am a professional tester - almost 20 years in the business but ask me again why I don't invest time in collaborating here
If this company wants to get serious about quality assurance, drop me a line and I will give you some pointers.
Otherwise, low on resources or not, it is pointless to even pretend you have a beta program.
BTW, there are way more proper ways to handle bug reports than comments in a forum thread (hint: Bugzilla)
