I just purchased a Pro model and was expecting to see a number of Apps that would be accessible for use; as it's depicted in all of their advertisements and promotions. Boy was I surprised to not see anything once I finally got it hooked up on my 2019 Beetle SEL. WHAT GIVES? I know the Beetle isn't as popular as the Golf or Jetta and may not have as many controllers, etc., but where are the quick and easy Apps that the OBDeleven guys tout?

Hi, you could have checked on the free OBDEleven app if there were any apps for your beetle. You can still use the longcode or the adaptation menu to change stuff. (depends on what you want to unlock)
The best thing these 2 options are for free and most of the coding is explained step by step in the forums.
I had a similar problem with the apps, the options that I needed weren't there and if you are longcoding at least you know exactly what you changed. I read from some people that the apps sometimes don't work properly on several models.
What do you want to change?

Thanks Nesti for the reply. I was able to do some mods using the long coding and also adaptation. There’s definitely a ton more options for the Golf and Jetta, among other vehicles, for further mods. I’ve been scouring different forums and resources in search for Beetle-related mods; but there are few. Most make reference to MkVII vehicles. Some of which I’ve tried to no avail.

Hi, did you get the (31)function not available error?
Most of the options are the same. I got a Cupra Ateca and I took most guides from Golf R and S3 Topics.
Some long codings are a bit tricky. You have to do the right sequence of steps to get it running.

Hi, no I didn’t get that specific error. It was more of having no specific effect to the respective coding. After seeing no change, I would bring it back to original condition. Also, some of the instructions I was seeing for certain mods didn’t necessarily align with the addresses that I was seeing in my vehicle. It’s a trial and error type of game, anyway. I’ll keep at it.
