Good day,
Can someone give advise what can I try to fix my problem.
Little story: My friend tested his new diagnostic device, after his tests I realize that my Park Pilot screen and RearView Camera not working. He tried to fix problem but unfortunately he can't. So I take my car to VW center where after all day work they fixed only Rear View camera. So I buy OBD to try fix Park Pilot myself.
Right now it works like this:
As we can see parking sensors are working and rear view camera also working, but there is not Park pilot screen like here:
19 Gateway
5F Infotainment
17 Parking Assistance
If I change Visual display for park assist from not installed to OPS display
Then my rear view camera become inoperative:
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

xeroboic: hi. If I may add to the suggestions thus far - get your "friend" to look at the History option on his OBD11 account. Your friend doesn't need to connect the OBD11 dongle to your car (in fact, he doesn't need your car at all - but he/she does first need to select your vehicle type from the main screen if your friend has used the device on different cars). This option contains detailed records of any changes that were made with the "new device". Look through the list and revert any changes that were made Don
PS: here's a short instruction-set about to to get access to the History data and how to get a digital copy of the past change records :

It wasn't OBD11. And right now we are at this stage, when it's impossible to look history, because it was 9 months ago. I was thinking that it is not a problem, all I need to do is just get my car to VW center and they will restore my car factory settings, but I was wrong.

^^^^^xeroboic:it doesn't matter if it wasn't OBD11. If your friend used VCDS then the same information can be found in the directory: C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Debug on the laptop that he/she uses to run the software
Look for the files AdpLog.CSV and CodingLog.CSV
The change records are retained with the car's VIN as reference - so the changes to your car should be easy to find.
