When I first plugged my obdeleven into my 2016 Touareg, it asked me if it was a 2011-2016, or 2016FL. I didn't understand FL was FaceLift. Is there any way to go back and edit this without losing the history? I have a FL model, but selected 2011-2016 incorrectly

You could try this from a previous post Alternet, its been a while since I added a car but i thought these days you had to enter the VIN number to get your car on the app. In the Garage you can make some changes, if you go to the white line above your vin number and select the pencil, then select Modify you will see the Model, Modification and body type, if its possible then you should be able to change the Model to the one you want. However as I found out on one of my other cars that was a 2010 model (eg registered) but it was shown as 2011 this is because the manufacturers sell the uplift 2011 model in 2010 Support don't work weekends as far as i am aware but hopefully they will get back to you on monday if not you can email or use there online portal details here. With regards to mirror dip if the app is not there then you can always code it yourself. Read more: forum.obdeleven.com/thread/2007/selected-wrong-when-setting-obdeleven#ixzz681NXRqFN

I got on a chat with customer service. They were able to change my vehicle type without any loss of history. I think this is the only way to get it done.
