Hi
Is it possible with obd 11 activate coming home lights so don't have to pull indicator stalk. On mk5 golf lights stayed on for required time after locking car. Mk7 I have to pull indicator stalk to activate this. Thanks

Here but only in german ,i wrote english next to german coding (hopefully correct) I think it only works with light/rain sensor
STG 09 (Bordnetz) auswählen (central elektriks) STG Zugriffsberechtigung (security access) Freischaltcode 31347 eingeben (access code 31347) STG Anpassung -> Funktion 10 (adaption) (1) Komfortbeleuchtung-Coming Home Verbaustatus auswählen Wert auf automatisch anpassen (comfort lights, coming home status change from manuell to automatik)
Standardwert: manuell

I carefully followed the instructions, but it doesn't work on my car. I my car menu I can see Come Home seting in witch I can only decide for how long the lights are ON, from 0s to 30s. But that's it. Can someone help me enable that feature? I'd like it very much.
Thanks

But that's it. Can someone help me enable that feature? I'd like it very much. Thanks Nic Nic: You should have settings similar to the top part of the picture below Few points to make about the screenshot:
- Coming Home Verbaustatus this channel determines whether you have to manually engage CH (with the high-beam lever), or whether the function is automatically enabled
- Menuesteuerung Coming Home Werkseinstellung this channel places the CH function on the menu screen
- Menueeinstellung Cominghome this setting determines the time delay before the CH lights switch-off (this can be set in the menu also)
- Coming-home Einschaltereignis this determines which switch-on mechanism will trigger CH - if you choose "driver door", then CH will be energized when you open the driver's door (not surprisingly)
- Coming Home Leuchten this setting determines which lights will be used - choice is "low beam" or "fog" (or "not active")
Switch-on procedure for CH
- Make sure that CH is enabled on the MENU
- Switch-off the ignition
- Pull-forward the high-beam stalk momentarily (for about 1 second)
- If you set-up the trigger channel as "driver door", then the lights that you selected will come-on when the driver's door is opened
- The time-delay (i.e. 10 seconds in my screenshot) starts to count-down when the last door is closed on the car (inc. the hatch)

I chose to have my fog lights ad ch/lh and now it works thanks to you. LH is still stubborn and won't work, but it's not that important for me.

I tried this coming home coding on my MY2017 GTI sport and can only get it to work on Manual mode (light stalk flash first). When set to Automatic nothing happens. I do not have the Auto lights.
Any ideas?

Here is how you can do that for VW Touareg. I think that is same modul. If you dont have rain sensor and automatik lights sensor, it will not working.
The following coding is to be used:
Select Module 09 (vehicle electrical system)
Module Long Coding -> Function 07
Byte 6
Activate bit 1 (coming home)
Activate bit 2 (Leaving Home
Activate bit 3 (CH / LH adjustable in the CAR menu)
Activate bit 4 (if CH / LH desired via xenon headlights / dipped beam) or activate bit 5 (if CH / LH is required via LED TFL and fog lights)
Sorry for my English. I hope that help.
