Dear I have T-ROC 2019 Y new 1,6 TDI I have one problem, please help me how to solve it. Every time on start car we recive message on display ECO DRIVE TIPS NOT AVAILABLE This fault is visable in CAR display and it can not be deleted? This mesage is in white colour with question triangle mark. For your information ECO tips messages I recived regulary while driving. I'm very nervous for this failure. Another time please help me how to resolve the problem Thank you Dimitar Macedonia

Why don't you go to dealer considering that it's a new car? don't you have warranty? This is a fault it's not a "fake message" and you have to go to your dealer to fix it.

Try from Car>Set Up>Instrument Cluster>Eco Tips>untick or
"Try looking under the Car push button on the radio and then under the bottom right corner of the screen with the little car and cog. Should be around the same location as convenience consumers display"

Dear, I talked with my dealer, and thay told me that this message is software BUG. Then they told me that there won't be a problem with my car. If thay resolve the problem the manufacturer must be informed and I will lose warranty?  ?? And thay told me that they well resolve as soon as there is new update for the car software....But that may be never :x . This is Macedonia. That's why I bought OBDeleven and I need help. My next step will be going to Greece to find help? I haven't got another idea? |

Hi friends 
Thank you for your help. I solved the message problem. Without dialer . Only with OBDELEVEN and only with myself  Very simple..
Module 17 Long coding View Efficiency set NOT ACTIVE, and NOMORE message....
the ECO tips work perfectly still, but without fault message.
How is it possible in VW company they don't know what is the message and problem?

Thanks for sharing, I don't think they don't know, maybe your dealer doesn't know and tryed to get away from you.
