I've been able in the past to reset the inspection service message that I get on my 2016 Audi A6, using my OBD Eleven Pro. But this time when I go into the app for that function, it tells me "Value Not Reset". I've tried many times and keep getting the same result. I just added the needle sweep option, so I know that the device is working. Any suggestions to clear the service message?

You have OBDeleven PRO why are you using One Click Apps? Lookup how to do an reset manually and profit

Plus I only know how to do it on a new golf, haven’t played with a Audi sorry You have tried clearing the App data on the android device, then log back in and try the app again, solves a few problems
