Can anyone help me please? I have found where in adaptions to reset the dpf calculated value, but it is asking for a passcode and gives a huge list of passcodes below the box. If I enter an access code in the box and press search, it seems to start a 2hr long search through the numbers. I've looked through the online manual but can't find anything relating to this. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I've got a dpf that is constantly in regen because the value sits at around 25g. I'm hoping that if I reset it, it will stop regenerating and diluting my oil with diesel! Thanks.

Reset DPF calculated value it's only for when you replace your dpf DO NOT PERFORM THIS if you don't replace it. You have to do the regeneration while driving Go to Engine -> Adaptation -> Group 13 - Change from ASCI to Hex By pressing on it -> put new value 1 and click do it. After that start your car and you have to drive 15 min in 4th gear with 70 - 90 km per hour the rpm must be 2500. When you finish check again the value. Good luck

Good luck Hi, Can somebody please confirm if I understood this right? I want to force my Van to run the DPF regeneration while driving because Its got the failure code P245800. Go to Engine -> Adaptation -> Group 13 - Change from ASCI to Hex By pressing on it -> put new value 1 and click do it Then (this is the part i'm not sure about) confirm this with passcode 12233? After that Ill start my car and have to drive 15 min in 4th gear with 70 - 90 km per hour the rpm must be 2500. Correct? Can somebody confirm? Otherwise I will have to find a dealer tomorrow and pay for it. Im on vacation and have to drive 400km home.

Hi, just tried myself. The is no" Engine -> Adaptation -> Group 13 - " in my Version. I did the following: -clear All faults -Ignition on. -engine > adaption >"service regeneration dpf" -put new value 1 and hold green button -it will ask for a passcode, i put in 12233 (like described by adiwob 12233 for while driving, 27971 for while standing) - the app accepted the code After that I started my car and drove 15 min in 4th gear with 70 - 90 km per hour the rpm must be 2500 But it did not start the dpf service regeneration , no high exaust temperatures or post ignitions. Tried twice and dropped the van at a dealer now. Maybe this is helpful for somebody else.

The regeneration will not work if you have faults . Before you start try clearing faults.

Sorry to revive an old thread. When trying to force a regen with a vehicle with fault codes, does putting a value of '1' in the adaptations enable you to clear fault codes and get out of limp mode to do the regen? I've seen this somewhere else using vcds. My T6 Transporter has gone into limp mode with a flashing glow plug light and EML on and is in limp mode. I need to tell it's the ash level is lower than it is to get the fault code cleared (it keeps coming back) and run the regen. Is that right?
