Hi Guys,
I tried resetting the Service Due message on my 2012 Q3 and after saying "Success" on the application, it was still there. I am guessing I am doing it wrong. I also lost 25 credits doing this and I am very disappointed I did it wrong. Can any of the staff guide me on how to really reset the "Service Due" message?
Thank you, Tomas.

If i remember correct the one click app only resets the oil service and not the inspection service that's why it says success but the service message is still there.

Yes, I think I read in a few posts that it needs to be done "manually" or by long coding. I'd just like to know directly from OBDEleven what is the correct way to do it and if possible get back the credits I lost. Thanks! Tomas.

Just spent 30 credits trying to reset the "Service Due" message on a '15 Audi A4 three different ways. No success. I have a message into the Deutsche Auto Parts guys that I bought the tool from.
