I'm not sure what the 07 is for since it is not in the list. Also it has a 3 listed for the cylinders when it should be set to 4.

The 07 is pretty easy to explain. Take a look at the "+" in front of each line. So if you have 07 as the first two numbers then you have: 1) Brake pad warning (+01) 2) Seatbelt warning (+02) 3) Washer fluid warning (+04)
Since it's "+" add all numbers together until you get the number you're looking for.
01+02+04 = 07
For the cylinder thing please post another screenshot of the description.

According to your coding your car is MY 2000 or later and then the 3 is correct.
