My ECU is showing some faults, but it doesn't show more info like kms, date or frequency counter for those faults. The other control units show this. I am clicking on the faults and waiting but the loading bar appears and disappears but nothing more is displayed. Is it not possible to show this?

I have had these errors for a couple of months, I think I remember being able to see the extended info... Maybe an update introduced a bug?

I have found a post on a different forum with the same engine and ECU (different brand/car), he has the same fault and same control unit part number. He can see the extended info with VCDS.

This is his post:

The OBDeleven freeze frame contains less information than the one you posted above(on my car).
I think it only was:
Fault Priority: 2
Fault Frequency: 1
Mileage: 131397 km
Date: 2019.01.30
Time: 07:35:40

I don't know what exactly is going wrong there.
