Yes you can enable needle sweep if your car supports it.

I have made instructions on how to acivate it for Occtavia MK2 FL(I think it should work on pre fl). You enter in manuals when you open Your car in OBDeleven app.
1 - Enter "My Car"
2 - Select "Control Units"
3 - Select "Dashboard (17)"
4 - Select "Adaptation"
5 - Search and select "Staging" and change it to "active"
WARNING!
This is how I made this to work for me. I'm not responsible for any damage caused by following this manual.
