Hello All, First post on here as just joined up- been using my Pro for a few weeks now in UK & it's been superb. Read today about a throttle response mod in Module 44 Steering Assist Adapatation by setting to Direct Control - but the 44 Module isn't listed on my OBD's menu. Any ideas how to gain access or if it's possible, please?

If your car has this ECU then you can add it to your list via the little pencil icon in the right down corner i think. Click here for an image

OK great- I added it in but now although it is showing up on the list it is a black circled 44 as opposed to the other modules which are green, so when you try to go in it says in Steering Assistance 44 (white message box) 'Control Unit not responding' so I'm not sure if I need to add it in somewhere else first and then run a scan for it to be recognised & accessible? When I ran a scan after having added it in it still isn't accessible but now throws up as an error in 19 Gateway- Power Steering Control Module Error? Any ideas, please? Thanks! Edit: I also looked with Vagcom and this module isn't accessible for my car- probably because it does not have Dynamic steering.
