t dmortimer3001 could you provide detailed information what is going wrong when you try to connect? Dongle update does not touch bluetooth firmware. I did the update has my phone is set to auto update, I plugged the dongle in to the obd port and turned the app on has I normally would it then asked to update which took a minute or so to do. Then when I try to connect to the car it just times out and says unable to connect to device? If I go to the Bluetooth setting the obd11 is there and I have paired it with the 1234 code and it took it fine but still will not connect.

My experience is the same as dmortimer3001. Auto update, then disconnects. After that, a Bluetooth scan does not detect the dongle. I noticed that there is a brief moment the dongle is detected in a Bluetooth scan just after it is powered on, and disappears within a few seconds. The same happens in the obdeleven app, if I try to connect as soon as the dongle is powered on, the app reports a timeout. If I try to connect again, it can not find the device.

In my case the module list does not show up anymore once I connect to my car. I have a Audi A3 8L (2001, EU). It worked fine up to this update. Unfortunately, my check engine light came on and I cannot check it.
A full scan does not work either.

First off, I was able to connect to the dongle with 0.9.8 but the control modules were not showing. After leaving the beta and successfully downgrading to 0.9.7, I was still able to connect and also saw all the modules again, could check the MIL and clear it.
I'm using a Nexus 5x with Android 6.0.1. Car is a Audi A3 8L (1,6L, petrol, 2001, EU).

I have investigated one connection issue: if bluetooth is turned off, starting the app, ant pressing connect, the app itself asks to turn on bluetooth, in this case you allow to enable bluetooth, but then it shows connecting continuously without anything happening. So you should kill the app via Android recent apps list, turn off and turn on bluetooth via android system settings, and try again to connect. Those who, has an option to report error via three dots in top right corner, please try to connect and after you get an error or something, do a report with descriptive text about version 0.9.8 and connection issue.

I have sent many reports, you will have a long night... Twice I was able to connect. observations: - the device is not visible in Bluettoth after disconnecting devices - the green LED flashes all the time after the first attempt to connect - switching off the ignition causes the device to be visible in Bluetooth, the green LED stops flashing. - the application recognizes that there is no ECU, asks you to choose a car from the list

Same Problem here. After the last update, the dongle got an update. The update was fine and okay. The problem is now, that the app connects to the dongle, but the connection to the car is not working. The app does not respond but the circle animation works. Hope you fix it soon Samsung Galaxy S9+ on Android 8 and Seat Ateca 2018

Crash but only after clicking "save". Previously, I can set all parameters. Without access to the Internet after the click "save", the application does not crash.
